So, if I wanted to cover a Dylan song for personal use/duplication and possible sale, who's the publisher i would need to contact about a multimedia license? I've tried searching common databases, and everything just says they they themselves are not the license holder, but nothing tells me who is. I'm suppose it could be Dylan himself, but how would i go about putting in a "Notice of Intention to Obtain Compulsory License for Making and Distributing Sound Recordings."
