Here are some quick Cartoon Dylan links.
This is a YouTube video for a Beatles Fan - rather than a Dylan one. Bob Meets The Beatles.
This is a link to a monthly web item featured in Rolling Stone: www.bobhatesandy.com. It would a most depressing movie - Don't you agree?... Yes, a hilarious, depressing movie.

Friend Comment Response:
Hey the-hysterical-bride, You have a good song list to but 'I and I' -- I'm not a big Infidels fan.
Jorgenson was the one who was placing such emphasis on the 80's Dylan. - That's when I started listening to again.
At first listen, I was a Grove fan. Now I'm leaning to Loaded. Empire has good songs on it but I hate the Miami Vice intro to "When the Night..." The Boot 3 (sans Don Johnson) version is simply better. CLICK READ MORE.

I have mentioned BillingsGazette.com 's Chris Jorgensen in an earlier post - Here are a few of his Dylan related articles.
Click here to read Jorgensen's review of Dylan ('07).

I'm Not There - love the song, but who am I in the movie.
A whole movie with Billy would've been fine - I liked Riddle Co. I could see myself there, but I'm a western type. A cowboy - maybe more of a dude that ended up stuck in the mud while the train pulls out - with a background in nothing useful on a ranch, but learns everything he can. I could live like Billy... if you call that living.
Who is your favorite Dylan? Was he in the movie? Would you change Rambold into Chaplin?

I heard of these "Dylan" parties - where people dress up as characters from his songs.
I don't know who I dress up as - but I'm definitely going with Alicia Keys.

Chris Jorgensen, an editor at the Gaz, alerted me to his background as a Dylan fan when he commented on bootlegs 1-3 on my desk.
He had a copy of 1 and 2. He purchased them individually when it was released in 1991.
I found it interesting that he listed albums of interest as Knocked Out, Red Sky, and the 30th - emphasis on the O-Jays' Emotionally Yours.
He was a boot collector of tapes and records but only has a few cd. He mentioned the Cash and Dylan session. I suggested the boot - Possum Belly Overall.

I like Time out of Mind.... but not a fan.... but I didn't like Dignity either. Maybe that's why they were great albums.
There were a lot of lines
Was Dreamin' of You a closer?. Or was it a throw away after the lines were used else where?

Well, This blog tool might be limited in what I would like to do.
I'll post links to my other pages..... If you were in Bozeman to see Bob in 2005 - give me shout. I have something for you.

Well, I will be updating my dylan page here soon. I am creating a list of boots based on date... Since we have this nice resource, might as well use it.
I am one for listening to a concert - or cd - the way it was sposta'I don't keep bonus tracks on reissues in my playlist.
Thanks any way Red Headed Stranger.

Well, I was going to start a blogger account but this is just as good. I am impressed with the new web site - when it was switched over to the Modern Times layout, I was upset about the removal of the boots and the song search and album pages were a little messy.... But this is smooth stuff here... And the Geo-Dylan page is great! I was going to a third party site for set lists - the network function is nice.... I hope that it is stay updated with the new tour!
