the mind of bob dylan
posted Aug 2 2008 by omfgitsmarnie

I spend my time listen to dylan albums through out the day and watching movies/documentaries and countless clips on youtube. Or reading reviews and books on Dylan. I feel like its just apart of me now and I know I much as anyone could know about him but himself.
I still feel like there is something I can't see, something missing. Thats what makes Bob Dylan so fascinating. His personally is very mystic, once you think you really know him, he changes to be something else. Its an endless game.
Like watching him throughout 1966 is was almost scary. Not in the way your thinking. I was almost scared for him. He seem tired and sad in a way. Knowing that his"fans" were booing him throughout shows just because he plugged in. Well the "fans" soon had a break for him at the end of 1966 becasuse of his accident.
Bob Dylan took his break from the world for awhile and recuperated. But watching The Concert For Bangla Desh (1971) tears honestly round down my face. I noticed how much happier he seemed and and healthy looking.
Because the year 1966 bob dylan looked pale/thin and 1971 he looked tan/healthy. And then the "fans" were now clapping and accepting him.
Now understand who he is. And is thankful for his endless poetry he put out for us to listen to.
I just want to say thank you Bob.
