Shelter from the Storm
Today has been a grueling day. What does an artist do when her creativity is surrounded in darkness, drowning in the demons of the past that will not release their grip today???

Ya tune into bobdylan.com and seek shelter from the storm! The alien formation that I felt cacooning in, seems to be taking the form of a human again. I remind myself "this too, shall pass". I close my eyes, put my head back, and let the music take me away, let the darkness dare to come near the sanctuary that Bob Dylan's music brings to me.

Chillin, tickets in hand.... Tell Tale signs
So I had a travel teaching gig this weekend, and had saved Tell Tale signs (2 disc) for my trip. Was THRILLED with my purchase. Absolutely thrilled. As I am writing this now, I have it playing in the background.... Great job!

Purchasing my first Dylan tickets
Last night I didnt sleep well. Combination of emotions, that mixed likea very bad cocktail. On one hand, I was setting my alarm to ascertain I wouldnt miss the start of Bob Dylan ticket sales for the Nov 21 concert in NYC (my first), on the other,I found myself as excited and as giddy as I was as a teenager the first time I went to see any major musician, and yah, there were a few. I now am rolling my eyes and pushing to the back of my mind, Why couldnt I have refound Dylan earlier??????

New Dylan Junkie here....
Hey, Im Donna.. I found my way here after exhausting all YouTube videos, interviews, and getting thoroughly discusted with the "Why does Bob have to change his songs?" comments... Um... hello??? Okay.. as an artist who teaches my medium, have to tell you.... I think its not only brilliant how he takes his songs and reworks them, but is probably mandatory for his sanity! I really appreciate this. Find it amazing actually. Moving on.
